Incredibly soft 1940's dress! Done in a rich midnight blue velvet with ecru lace detailing on the neckline and pockets. Extended shoulder pads, unique shoulder seaming, and pouch pockets on the full skirt! Attached belt with buckle in the back. Side metal zipper and buttons behind neck. Unlined.
