Chic 1970's dress done in navy and white polka dot and stripe light as air chiffon! Surplice bodice, fitted waist and long full skirt. But the sleeves are the star of the show! They are ruffled, angled and long and drippy! Fully lined (except for sleeves!) in white rayon. Back zipper.
