Covetable and rare 1920's navy dress! Done in a sheer silk with ecru lace detailing on the cuffs. Deep plunging neckline with curved ruching. Horizontal panels on the skirt hip area with attached floaty panels. Attached belt with bow. Love the lace foldback cuffs with buttons and ties! Unlined.
From the estate of Margaret Whiting of Cheyenne Wyoming. Her husband was the State Engineer and also ran for governor. They lived at 510 E 22nd St in Cheyenne. (google it...it is a stunning home!)
