Dramatic 1960's dress! Done in a black rayon crepe with the most dramatic rhinestone necklace neckline. This is so heavy and substantial and done in a v pattern all around. Fitted waist, slim skirt and back zipper. Necklace has hook and eyes at the back. Fully lined in black silk. Back ties.
